These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which Azvex Brewing Company Ltd (“Azvex”, “we”, “us”, “our”) supplies products to consumers purchasing from our website.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Age Restrictions
Alcohol cannot be sold to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.
By placing an order with us, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You will be able to provide valid proof of age upon delivery or collection
- You will not purchase alcohol for anyone under the age of 18
We and our couriers operate a Challenge 25 policy. If suitable ID cannot be provided, the order may be refused, and no refund will be issued for delivery costs.
Acceptable forms of ID: passport, driving licence, or PASS-accredited card.
3. Ordering & Contract Formation
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order — not that it has been accepted.
A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation or “Ready for Collection” email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (for example: stock issues, payment problems, or suspected fraudulent activity).
4. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product details, images and descriptions are accurate. However:
- Packaging, artwork, and ingredients may occasionally change
- ABV may vary slightly between batches
- Mixed packs and special releases may sell out quickly and can experience courier delays during peak periods
Please follow any pouring or storage instructions shown on the packaging.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website include UK VAT.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.
We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods as listed on the checkout page.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver across the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
A courier surcharge applies to:
- Highlands & Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Other remote or offshore locations
These surcharges will be shown at checkout.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
6.2 Couriers
Orders are sent via DPD or Royal Mail using a next working day service.
6.3 Dispatch Schedule
- Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Thursday — usually dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 1pm Monday–Wednesday — dispatched the next working day
- Orders placed after 1pm Thursday — dispatched the following Monday
- Weekend orders — dispatched Monday
During special releases or high-volume periods, dispatch may take longer.
6.4 Delivery Times
Next working day delivery is the aim, but not guaranteed.
Delays can occur due to courier issues beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or compensation for late deliveries.
6.5 Delivery Costs
The current courier costs are:
- Channel Islands = £32.88
- Highlands = £23.57
- Isle of Man = £26.96
- Northern Ireland = £14.00
6.6 Age Verification on Delivery
Couriers may require proof of age.
If no one over 18 is available, the order may be returned to us. Redelivery charges may apply.
7. Collection from the Brewery (Click & Collect)
You may collect your order from the brewery at:

Collection hours:
- Mon–Wed: 9am – 4pm
- Thurs–Fri: 9am – 10pm
- Sat: 12pm – 10pm
- Sun: 2pm – 8pm
Please wait for your “Ready for Pickup” email before coming to collect.
As a guide:
- Orders before 1pm — usually ready same day (Mon–Fri)
- Orders after 1pm — usually ready the next working day
- Weekend orders — ready on Monday
Challenge 25 applies at collection. Please bring valid ID.
8. Refunds, Returns & Replacements
We want you to enjoy your beer in perfect condition. If something isn’t right, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number or reply to your order confirmation email.
8.1 Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, we can offer:
- A replacement
- A partial refund
- A full refund (depending on severity and availability)
We may request photos to help us investigate with the courier.
8.2 Product Use, Storage & Handling
Customers must follow all storage, handling, and pouring instructions provided on the product packaging.
These instructions are designed to ensure product quality and correct consumption. This may include (but is not limited to):
- storing at the correct temperature;
- shaking the product, then allowing the product to settle before opening;
- allowing the product to settle before opening;
- following specific pouring guidance;
- handling cans or bottles carefully.
Once a product has been opened, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or replacements where:
- the instructions on the packaging have not been followed; or
- issues arise that are consistent with incorrect storage, handling, or pouring.
We are not responsible for:
- poor product condition caused by incorrect storage (e.g. warm storage);
- excessive foaming or spillage due to incorrect handling;
- inability to pour where instructions have not been followed;
- product spoilage after delivery where instructions have not been followed.
8.3 Late Deliveries
While we aim to deliver orders within the stated delivery timeframes, delivery dates are estimates only and delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
We are not liable for compensation arising from delayed deliveries.
If your order has not been delivered:
- You must notify us as soon as possible;
- We will initiate an investigation with the courier.
We will not issue a refund or replacement until:
- 10 working days have passed since the expected delivery date; and
- the courier has completed its investigation and confirmed directly to us that the parcel is lost or undeliverable.
Please note:
- Courier tracking information alone is not considered definitive proof of loss or damage;
- We rely on the courier’s formal investigation outcome before issuing refunds or replacements.
If the order is confirmed as lost, we will offer either:
- a replacement; or
- a full refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
8.4 Unwanted Items
If you change your mind:
- You have 14 days from receipt to return the items
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Items must arrive back undamaged to qualify for a refund
- Return postage costs are not covered
- Original delivery fees non-refundable
Refunds are issued once the items have been inspected.
9. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
This right does not apply to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh beer once opened)
- Goods that have been damaged after delivery
- Mixed packs where individual items have been removed or opened
If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund your full order including delivery.
10. Promo Codes
Promo codes may occasionally be offered at our discretion.
They:
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
- May be withdrawn at any time

12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for losses caused by courier delays, incorrect address details, or failure to accept delivery
- Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events outside our reasonable control — including severe weather, strikes, supply chain disruption, or system failures.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally.
The version displayed on our website at the time of purchase applies to your order.
