All beer is stored in our cold room and shipped via DPD.
Delivery: Orders placed before 1pm dispatched same day. Orders placed after 1pm Thursday ship Monday. Full delivery terms.
Local Pickup: Please wait for your “Your Order is Ready for Pickup” email before collecting from brewery.
Merchandise: Most merch is made to order and shipped separately. Delivery can take up to 2 weeks. If it hasn’t arrived by then, please contact us with your order number.
New Releases: New releases will ship from Wednesday.

Processing
We have received your order but have not yet got the order ready for dispatch.
Completed
We have prepared your order and booked courier collection. You will receive a tracking email. Please wait until the following day for any tracking details to appear.
Ready for Pickup
We have prepared your order and it is ready for you to come collect during taproom hours or the daytime hours stated in your collection email. Please wait until you receive this email before collecting.
Collection Notes
If you would like to collect beer while at the taproom, this must be ordered before 4pm Monday-Friday for it to be ready.
Evening and weekend orders will not be ready for collection during taproom hours, but you can get the same beers from the taproom fridge.
Collections are not possible on match/event days at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
