At Lorenzo’s Artisan Pizza, everything starts with passion a deep love for simplicity, flavour, and the craft of pizza making. After over a year of hands on research, experimenting, and refining, Lorenzo has developed a dough recipe that’s truly his, light, crisp, and full of character. From the first stretch of dough to the final parsley leaf hand-picked before service, every step is done with intention and care.

Lorenzo believes great pizza doesn’t need to shout it just needs the right ingredients and time. That’s why he uses the freshest local produce he can find, keeping air miles low and quality high. No shortcuts, no fuss just mother nature, doing her thing, and me making sure it shines.

Whether it’s a garden party, wedding, or street food event, I bring my mobile pizza setup and everything I need to serve proper artisan pizza with heart. If you love good food made simply and served with soul, I’d love to be part of your next celebration.
