Salary: £30,000 pa

Hours: 40 per week

Holiday: 21 days + usual bank holidays

About the Brewery

Azvex Brewing Company was founded in 2020 with production beginning October 2021. In the short 18-20 months it has been from our first releases we have gained a strong reputation and presence in the craft beer section. We now have an extensive fan and customer base all over the UK, Europe as well as the rest of the world.

We make a wide range of beers, here at our Liverpool based brewery: lots of hoppy beer at all ABVs, lagers, fruited sours and imperial stouts.

We are a small but committed and driven team looking to expand our footprint in the London area.

Skills/Experience Required

You are expected to show/possess the following key skills and experience when undertaking the role of London Sales Representative:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in beer sales
  • Passion for beer and the brewing industry
  • Good understanding of the UK beer scene and specifically the London market
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Intermediate (minimum) level competency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience and understanding of CRM systems
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
  • Great record keeping
  • Great organisation skills

Roles and Responsibilities

The following list contains the key responsibilities which will require undertaking each week for the role of London Sales Representative. On occasion, we may require you to take on additional tasks as part of your working week. You will be informed of these tasks in advance.

  • Proactively and continually implement, improve, and control a sales strategy for all sales channels in the London area to meet targets
  • Continuously review the current strategy and implement improvements
  • Analyse sales data and use this to improve your/our performance
  • Obtain and build relationships with new customers
  • Build stronger relationships with existing customers
  • Provide all customers with excellent customer service
  • Maintain excellent communication with our sales team here in Liverpool
  • Accurately record and maintain records in the relevant brewery management system(s) ensuring everything is up-to-date on a daily basis
  • Accurately communicate the current status of our sales positions on a weekly basis to the relevant stakeholders
  • Identify and communicate any potential issues or problems that may arise
  • Create and quickly execute solutions to any problems which do arise. Ensuring that this is effectively communicated to all the relevant stakeholders
  • Occasional travel to Liverpool
